"You are a human being, not a human doing."

integrative body and breathwork sessions
to soothe your nervous system
and to come back to your natural rhythm.

In a world that rarely allows for true relaxation, these bodywork sessions relearn our bodies what it means to come back to rest. They create the conditions for your body to safely feel what is present, to release what has been in the way of experiencing 'space', to open up and to remember that you are a living, sensing, and cyclical being.

about the sessions

In my sessions, I offer a space for deep rest, release, and reconnection.
By following and tuning in with the body and the breath, I guide you into a state of safety and inner exploration. Lying down on the mattress, we invite your nervous system to regulate, reset and to remember its natural rhythm.

Each session is an intuitive journey — a slowing down, a listening, a return.
I draw from several breathwork techniques to guide your body to soften, open and release, including gentle ones to soothe the nervous system, as well as conscious connected breathing — a circular, continuous breath pattern that invites deeper presence and release. I also work with pressure points to access emotional layers, rocking movements using my sarongs, and sensory tools such as touch, props, sound, and scent.

This work is about creating the conditions for the body to feel safe enough to release, restore, and reawaken its self-healing capacity.
I find it important that these sessions are not just about ‘fixing,’ but about relearning you and your body how to navigate the seasons of life, and how to come back to a place of well being.

Testimonial

"You allowed me to experience space — both mentally and physically. You opened something in me, and before I knew it, the world could flow in and my worries flowed out. Something deep inside me was touched and reassured: a reminder of the simple, profound truth of our being.

Your treatment felt like a symphony of breath, music, scent, touch, and being held — all intuitively attuned to me. I can hardly describe them as separate techniques, because together they formed such an integrated whole."

about me

My path towards becoming a body and breathwork facilitator

"The first source? Nature. Learning to slow down, observe and understand how the natural cycles are alive within our bodies too - and how we need to flow with instead of against these rhythms to prevent and heal illness.

Along the way I got interested in many things around holistic health: natural medicine, movement, the physiology of the body, our nervous system and circadian health - for which I recently gained a certificate (chronobiology and the circadian rhythm). In 2022 I got my mindfulness coach certificate and completed a pranayama course in 2019. In January 2024 I finished my trainings as a breathwork coach (by Stephen Monné and Juli Pohan) guiding people with conscious connected breathing and pressure points on the body - an active breathing pattern that allows the body to travel to deeper places within the unconscious to release stuck emotions. I also learned to work with sarongs in my sessions that same year, holding and stretching the head, hips and legs to let go of tension.

My sessions are a combination of many breath and bodywork techniques and tools that have evolved over the years (and will continue to evolve) to ground, explore, release, and deeply relax the body on all levels: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

And I really feel we all should get one of these sessions, at least once every season, to stay in tune with our

natural rhythms."
