As of the temporary nature of our product, all sales are final.

Shipping
All orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days (unless it's a pre-order and it is stated shipping starts from a specific date).. This may take longer when shipping internationally. Please keep an eye on your mailbox. 

Pick up
After receiving a confirmation for pick up please contact us to make an appointment. Pick up within one month. After this date we will donate it to charity. 

Damaged during shipping
If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us. If the product is in stock we will send a new one. If it’s out of stock, we will process a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days. 

Wrong address
If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your product(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to us. If said product(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.

If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.

Not received
Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. If that is unsuccessful, wait a couple of days, ask your neighbours, as sometimes parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.
