As of the temporary nature of our product (starts winter solstice 2022), all sales are final

All (pre-)orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days (after the arrival of the product). This may take longer when shipping internationally. Please keep an eye on your mailbox. 

Pick up
After receiving a confirmation for pick up please contact us to make an appointment. As our product starts at winter solstice 2022 we advise to pick it up before this date. We will keep your product until January 10 2023. After this date we will donate it to charity. 

Damaged during shipping
If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us. If the product is in stock we will send a new one. If it’s out of stock, we will process a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days. 

Wrong address
If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your product(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to us. If said product(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.

If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.

Not received
Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. If that is unsuccessful, wait a couple of days, ask your neighbors, as sometimes parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.

What we collect and store

When you purchase or create an account, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
• Send you information about your account and order
• Respond to your requests
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Set up your account for our shop
• Comply with any legal obligations we have
• Improve our store offerings
• Send you our monthly letter, if you choose to receive them

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

What we share with others

We share shipping information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.


When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to other parties such as credit card companies, Apple Pay or Ideal to enable the payment.
