Ritual object • A guide to tune in with your natural rhythm

staykurious created a yearly guide, starting at the winter solstice of 2022 up till the winter solstice of 2023. A weekly journal to tune in with your natural rhythm.

Each phase offers a practice, a guiding question and a reminder – resembling the time we are in, accompanied by words and images to tune in with the rhythms within and around us.
