This calendar follows the Earth, not the clock. In times where artificial light, nonstop availability and linear schedules suggest that we should be the same every day of the year, this calendar reminds us differently. A reminder that we are cyclical beings, in need of change, rest and moments of slowing down. When we attune to the Earth’s rhythm, we can return to a more natural pace. One that softens expectations and opens up the space to align our inner bodily rhythms with the outer rhythms – to feel nourished all year long.
 
The Earth Rhythm Calendar 2026 marks the dates of the solstices, the equinoxes and the 'cross-quarter days' in between, the moon phases for each month, and on these dates the time of sunrise and sunset. At the start of a new season, you turn the calendar one quarter clockwise — a small ritual to move with the turning of the Earth.

Northern Hemisphere, CE(S)T, The Netherlands, Amsterdam time. Depending on your location within the Netherlands or neighbouring countries minor variations in sunrise and sunset will occur.
 
How to read:
Inner circle: the year divided in eight quarters: the dates of the the summer solstice, winter solstice, spring equinox, autumn equinox and the four 'cross quarter days' in between. 
Outer circle: overview of the twelve months with the dates of the four moon phases, and on these dates the times of the sunrise and sunset.
Place winter at the top, and turn your calendar one quarter clockwise at the start of each new season: March, June, September, and December
