These gatherings evolved from the first staykurious publication: 'A guide to tune in with your natural rhythm':

In these sessions I will share the guiding quest, practice and reminder from the guide. When gathering offline these sessions will take place in an intimate setting of sharing and peer to peer support. They also might happen online, or arrive in another form, such as audio.
